Best Vegan Granola Recipe

Everyone, I mean everyoooonne who tries this recipe, stopped buying packaged granola because this granola tastes 100000x better than anyone you can buy, plus it’s so easy to make and super customizable! 

🥣 INGREDIENTS

  • 300g oats
  • 130 g chopped almonds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbs chia seeds
  • 4 tbs nut butter – peanut, almond, tahini…
  • 80 ml maple syrup or agave
  • 60 ml coconut oil
  • 100g chocolate chips (70%)

    👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

    1 – Preheat oven to 180C/350F
    2 – Mix all dried ingredients in a bowl
    3 – On medium heat or in the microwave, melt coconut oil and maple syrup
    4 – Add the nut butter to the bowl with coconut oil & maple syrup and mix until well combined
    5 – Pour the liquids on the dried ingredients and mix with a spatula
    6 – Spread your granola on a baking sheet and cook for 20min – mixing half way through
    7 – Pour half of chocolate chips onto the freshly baked granola and mix so that the chocolate melts all over
    8 – Let cool and add the second half of chocolate chips

    –> Serve with plant milk of your choice and some fresh fruits – I love eating this one with bananas
    –> Store it in a glass container 

     The best thing about this recipe is that you can swap the seeds and nuts however you like and just use whatever you have available at home! The same goes for the nut butter and the oil, sweetener! Have fun and make it DELISH to you!
